The Art of Teaching

As in all branches of art and teaching too, professional knowledge and creative inspiration are united. Without the former we couldn’t blend colours, carve statues or compose scores, without the latter it wouldn’t be worth doing so. It is part of the art of teaching that we provide frames to children with recurring forms because they need predictable, safe props.
